Hosted Services
Voxiva develops hosted, web-based applications that are deployed on our PYRAMID platform. We invest in software, servers, communications infrastructure and other components required to provide reliable, high-level service. Since multiple customers leverage the same technology and support infrastructure, the cost to customers is far lower than building software, buying standalone equipment and maintaining a system themselves.
Communications Infrastructure
Run as a service, Voxiva's solutions include the communications infrastructure required to support multi-channel access. All Voxiva applications come connected to the Internet for data entry, communications and results analysis. Text messaging and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) gateways can be added to allow data entry and information retrieval from land lines as well as the 2 billion mobile phones that exist in the world today.
Network Monitoring
As a service provider, we are responsible for keeping our customers' applications running 24 hours a day, every day of the year. All deployed systems are monitored 24x7x365 from our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC).
