Professional Services Overview
Voxiva’s team of seasoned professionals will assist you in planning and implementing your solution, as well as educate your employees on the use of your new system, assist in your solution deployment and facilitate the transition to the Voxiva Customer Support Organization post-launch. . To maximize the usefulness of the solution, Voxiva will help you to configure and tailor the system to your organizational processes and people. Each implementation brings with it a grouping of bundled implementation services aimed at minimizing the effort to deploy the solution and maximizing the value to your organization.
Implementation Services
Upon contract signature, the Professional Services Team works with your company to plan the solution implementation. A Project Manager is dedicated to your implementation and is supported by a team of project management, subject matter and technology resources who all follow internationally recognized standards in project management and system deployment. Each solution brings with it a standard implementation package that your project manager works with you to configure to your particular situation. The Project Manager will work with your team in all aspects of the solution planning, requirements gathering, configuration and deployment. Along the way, we will train your systems administrators, who, over time, will be able to maintain and enhance the solution themselves.
Consulting Services
The bundled set of implementation services ensures that the solution will be configured and deployed in a consistent and timely manner. Voxiva recognizes that each organization has different situations, needs and requirements to satisfy. Although we have gone to great extents to ensure that the bundled services which accompany each solution are sufficient to implement the system successfully, Voxiva does recognize that additional efforts, activities and inputs may be required or desired in order to make an implementation successful. Therefore, Voxiva’s Professional Services Team offers Consulting Services to supplement or augment the bundled Implementation Services that accompany each solution. Many times the implementation of our solutions stimulates additional thinking or brings to light the chance address additional needs or revise related areas. In these cases, Voxiva provides supplementary consulting services for an additional cost to help support our client’s needs in the areas listed below :
