CitizenAlert

A system for citizen reporting of crimes and incidents and police dispatch and tracking.

CitizenAlert is used by local governments across Latin America to allow citizens to report crimes and other incidents via phone or web into the CitizenAlert platform. The reports are displayed in real-time on the web and monitored in a municipal command center. As police are dispatched, their responses and feedback from citizens is tracked through the system.
