Service Delivery
Requirements and DesignFrom product descriptions to complex specifications, Voxiva's Service Delivery Team identify, understand and then document the customer's needs and expectations for their solution. Our Business Analysts work with your team analyzing your business processes, helping refine your requirements and developing a detailed solution plan.
Configuration
Voxiva's configuration team will configure one of our standard solutions to meet your needs. In the case of more complex needs, Voxiva will work with you on an entirely new product or solution to meet your needs.
Testing
Before system launch, the Voxiva Quality Assurance team will complete exhaustive testing of the service to ensure its quality. The Team will build its test plans off of the use cases developed during the requirements and design phase or off of the pre-configured product descriptions should changes be required.
Go Live and Launch
Once User Acceptance has occurred, Voxiva declares the product or solution live, which means the customer may start using the application immediately. Once live, our customer applications are hosted in Voxiva's global network of data centers and monitored and maintained around the clock by our Global Network Operations Center.
Training and Deployment
Voxiva's Training staff will develop a training plan and materials to train your team on the Voxiva product or solution. Training is generally focused at three levels:
- End-user training
- Manager training
- System administrator training
